Approval and Packaging: After your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address provided. Please email us the return tracking number to ensure prompt processing of your refund.
Return address: (always contact Customer Service first, as described in point 1, to register the return — otherwise the return cannot be accepted). The return address does not give customers an automatic right to return received goods without prior notice, confirmation, and approval from our customer support. All returns must follow the official returns procedure, which requires the customer to first contact customer support via the Return Request form for review and approval. This ensures a smooth return process and proper handling of your request.
